We offer two recruitment solutions to our current and future clients:

Retained Executive Search

This is our premier service offering where we are engaged, on an exclusive basis, to identify, attract and place people with a very specific skill set into an organisation.

This requires us to work closely and strategically with our client to identify, target and attract particular individuals in the market who may not be actively looking for a new role but might open to a career enhancing opportunity.

We assign a dedicated and experienced account manager to each project. That person will take ownership for managing the assignment from commencement to close. They will be responsible for providing ongoing progress reports to the client.

How do we save our clients valuable time through this retained executive search?

  • By utilising our market expertise to research and select potentially suitable people
  • We then interview those candidates ourselves and provide detailed feedback to both parties
  • Subsequently, we prepare and submit a short-list from those interviewees to the client.
  • We can also participate in final interviews as required.
  • Finally we handle all offer management and help to facilitate a smooth on-boarding process in conjunction with our client’s Human Resources team.

About Us

A law graduate and former fine wine trader, Chris left London in 2004 and moved back to the Midlands to begin his career as a recruitment consultant.

Initially he worked for Michael Page, a leading global recruitment organisation in their Birmingham office.

Subsequently, he specialised in the legal sector and for almost a decade, worked closely with several leading City law firms to realise their recruitment strategies.

In 2014, he founded Joseph & Perry to provide Professional Recruitment Strategies & Executive Search Solutions to clients within these sectors –
